Freida Pinto takes a quick bathroom break in a porta-potty while filming her new movie Miral in Jerusalem, Israel on Thursday (April 30).

According to Variety, Miral is an adaptation of Italo-Palestinian Rula Jebreal’s book about Hind Husseini, who founded an orphanage in Jerusalem in the wake of the 1948 partition of Palestine and the creation of the state of Israel. Schnabel wrote the screenplay.

More than half of the celebs featured are first-timers on the list, including Freida Pinto, 24, and Dev Patel, 19, stars of the film “Slumdog Millionaire.” And this week, says Keith, People confirmed that Pinto and Patel are now more than on-screen sweethearts — they’re dating.

Freida Pinto is reportedly taking her role in ‘Miral’ very serious and that she even enrolled in classes to learn arabic just to make sure her speech was perfect in the movie. I think its very commendable of Freida to do this extra work - it will pay off!

Freida Pinto wants it perfect. So while interpreting the character for her next movie ‘Miral’, the actress decided to take Arabic classes to get her dialogues right.

The Slumdog Millionaire actress took two-week-long tuitions to learn Arabic language. It’s heard that Freida’s role requires her to speak Arabic in some parts of the movie, as she plays a woman who speaks English with Arabic accent.

When Freida heard about her character, she insisted Julian Schnabel, the Oscar-nominated director, to get a private tutor so that she can learn the language and perfect her dialogue delivery. The actress is now in Jerusalem, shooting for the movie.

Miral’ is based on a book written by Rula Jebreal about the account of Hind Husseini’s effort to establish an orphanage in Jerusalem after the 1948 partition of Palestine when Israel was re-created.

According to reports, the role of Freida in the movie is very challenging and the lady wanted to add perfection to her character and hence prepared herself prior to the shoot by learning Arabic.

Freida has also signed a plum project with Hollywood director Woody Allen where she will be seen next to the actors like Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas, Naomi Watts, and Nicole Kidman.

After months of speculation about the relationship between “Slumdog Millionaire” stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, Patel’s mother has confirmed that the pair are a couple.

“First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place,” Anita Patel is quoted as saying Monday in London’s Daily Mirror.

The rumors had ratcheted up over the last few days as the two vacationed together in Tel Aviv. “Yes, we knew he was flying to Israel to see her,” Mrs. Patel said of her son, 19.

Pinto, 24, took time off from filming her latest movie in Jerusalem. The couple spent a few hours together in a hotel before taking a stroll around the harbor and sharing an early champagne dinner at a seaside restaurant.

Photos of the two smooching and holding hands at a table quickly surfaced online.

“Life can’t get any better for him,” said Patel’s mom. “Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them.”
